Member of the Board (civil servant) Requirements:
at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position (as a company’s CEO, as a top-level manager directly subordinate to the company’s CEO, as a member of a legal entity’s collegial supervisory or management body);
knowledge of control or supervision of companies’ activities;
knowledge of the principles of corporate governance;
knowledge of strategic planning and analysis;
for civil servants, the general requirements set out in Article 231(5) of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Management, Use and Disposal of State and Municipal Assets shall also apply to civil servants who are candidates for the position of a member of the Board.
