Job description:
The newly formed Board will be composed of independent Board members with the following competences:

  1. Corporate governance and strategic planning;
  2. Financial management;
  3. Knowledge of the industry.

Requirements:
MANDATORY ASSESSMENT OF:

  • Specific requirements and strengths to be assessed by competencies:

1. Corporate governance and strategic planning competences:

  • 3 years’ experience in a managerial position (as a company director, as a top manager reporting directly to the company director) or in a collegiate supervisory or management body of a legal entity, in a company of similar size or larger
  • knowledge and experience in the management, control and supervision of corporate activities;
  • experience in business strategy formulation and implementation
  • knowledge of corporate governance principles;
  • Experience in change management and innovation (an advantage);
  • Leadership skills (an advantage);
  • Ability to work as part of a team and with stakeholders (an advantage).

2. Financial management:

  • 3 years’ experience in a senior management role (as a company manager, or as a senior manager reporting directly to the CEO) in financial management, consulting, financial services, audit;
  • experience in internal control or risk management;
  • Experience in evaluating and financing investment projects;
  • Experience in the collective supervisory and management bodies of a legal entity (an advantage);
  • Leadership skills (an advantage);
  • Ability to work as part of a team and with stakeholders (an advantage);
  • Knowledge of corporate governance principles (an advantage);
  • Knowledge of corporate governance, control and supervision (an advantage).
  • knowledge of the principles of the sector in which the company operates (advantage).

3. Knowledge of the industry:

  • 3 years’ experience in a senior management role (as a company manager, or as a senior manager reporting directly to the company manager) in a real estate development or design company;
  • Knowledge of regulatory principles in the energy sector (advantage);
  • Experience in the collective supervisory and management bodies of a legal entity (an advantage);
  • Leadership skills (an advantage);
  • Ability to work as part of a team and with stakeholders (an advantage);
  • Knowledge of corporate governance principles (an advantage);
  • Knowledge of corporate governance, control and supervision (an advantage).
