The Vilnius City Municipality Administration announces a selection of a civil servant for the position of a Board Member of ID Vilnius UAB (legal entity code 123615345, registered office at Lvivo g. 25-102, LT-09320 Vilnius) with competence in process management. Position:
Member of the Board (civil servant) Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in process optimisation or quality management in a company or institution with at least 500 employees;
experience in process management and optimisation;
experience in digital innovation;
leadership skills (an advantage);
teamwork and collaboration with stakeholders (an advantage);
knowledge of corporate governance principles (advantage);
knowledge of management, control and supervision of company activities (advantage);
for civil servants applying for the position of a member of the Management Board, the general requirements set out in Article 231(5) of the Law on Management, Use and Disposal of State and Municipal Property of the Republic of Lithuania are also applicable. Documents to be submitted:
