On 11 December, ID Vilnius team received the special award “AI Application in the public sector of the Year 2023” at the Lithuanian Artificial Intelligence Awards in Vilnius.
We are proud of our team members, whose consistent work in developing AI tools in the public sector has been recognised. It is a great honour and responsibility to continue the work we have started!
The award was given for the waste carrier monitoring system developed by ID Vilnius specialists. It is based on drone imagery and artificial intelligence to identify whether services are being provided properly, as well as critical areas of the city where infrastructure changes are needed.
The Lithuanian Artificial Intelligence Awards are organised annually by the Lithuanian Artificial Intelligence Association. This is the third year in a row that the awards have been organised.
